Production criteria:
. Harvested by machine when well ripe and pressed directly;
. Juice kept at cold temperature for four days before fermentation to develop varietal typicity;
. Temperature-controlled alcoholic fermentation at 15°C;
. Short period on thin lees to preserve fresh and flattering flavor;
. Final filtration and bottling in mid-January.

Tasting notes:
Vibrant yellow color with green reflections;
Characteristic exotic flavor from the Sauvignon Blanc variety (lychee, mango) evolving into green apple and lime sensations with a light herby note;
Tonic and expressive taste with ripe citrus flavors, herbal hints and a fresh lingering finish.
